The Avengers
Newsarama spoke here to Mark Millar when he said: "I don't see anything at all from the 'Avengers' movie, even with Zak saying that he's going to use the 'Ultimates' as a plot for his film. And I'm fine with that, because it's work for hire. So, no, I've never gone into a project thinking that it will be a great movie franchise for Marvel. I just want to tell a great story."

Comic Book Resources News says here that Brian Michael Bendis will take the comic to the cable network FX. Bendis said: "I just handed in a draft to the network and we're getting our notes from the network as soon as this thing is over. So next week I’ll get the notes, and as long as they don't involve sock puppets and some sort of orgy scene that I'm not interested in, then hopefully it will go in the right direction."
