Sgt. Rock, Shazam!, Punisher 2, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Family Guy,Mike Fright, Comic Previews

Sgt. Rock

Want to know what the script for the Easy Company movie is going to be like? Well Latino Review is taking a look here at the screenplay.

Shazam!

John August spoke here to the Los Angeles Times about his screenplay and the problems the adaptation present. He said: "Billy doesn't want to turn back, that's central to the story. And a lot of the movie hinges upon that and Billy's relationship with his best friend and that disparity. They are two teen friends and then suddenly one of them is 30 and a hero. So it creates tension. You know, as a screenwriter, that's the thing, to take what seems to be a problem and make it a key element of the story. But Michael hit it on the head, that's one of the emotional cores of this story. So to me it's a great problem to have."

Punisher 2

According to this story in the LatinoReview.com the third actor to play Frank Castle will be Ray Stevenson. The "Rome" actor will follow Dolph Lungren and Thomas Jane in the role. Lexi Alexander will direct, and Jigsaw will be the villain.

The Sarah Connor Chronicles

Scenes of campus violence filmed before the Virginia Tech shootings and will be revised, a Fox network executive announced. Executive producer Josh Friedman explained the segment in which the hero (Young John Connors) comes under attack at high school: "This woman is charged with protecting and preparing her son to be the future leader of the resistance. The one single place a parent has to give up control of their child is school."

Family Guy

Seth MacFarlane spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about the possibility of a feature film based on the television series. MacFarlane said: "Nothing is official. I don't want to do 'The Griffins must save the world."'
