Slice of SciFi says here that the Fox and Warner Brothers may be "close" to a final settlement of the lawsuit that would allow the film to open on its March 6 date.

Here in Entertainment Weekly reporter Michael Ausiello says that Swoosie Kurtz can thank her old boss Bryan Fuller for putting her on the show. Her spokesman said: "Bryan wrote the part specifically for her, Millie, an old society friend of Angela Petrelli's. It's a really fun role."
