Daredevil

Tom Rothman, 20th Century Fox co-chairman, told IESB.net: "A Daredevil reboot is something we are thinking very seriously about. I think that the thing the Hulk showed although, it did what it did, is that it is possible, that if you really do it right the audience will give you a second chance. And I think that you see that when they did 'Batman Begins,' the first Nolan movie, that you can make some mistakes along the way, or movies that the audience aren’t that crazy about, and then given the proper amount of time and the right creative vision behind it, you can reboot." What about "GOING DARK?" Rothman says "I don’t know because what it really needs is, it needs a visionary at the level that Chris Nolan was. It needs someone, it needs a director, honestly, who has a genuine vision. What we wouldn’t do is just do it for the sake of doing it." ComicBookMovie.com has more here.

4K Digital Films

Comingsoon.net says here that Sony Pictures Entertainment will use 4K digital technology in the making of most of its filmed productions, including "The Green Hornet" and "2012." The President of Production Administration and Studio Operations for Sony Pictures Entertainment, Gary Martin said: "With the industry moving rapidly to embrace the improvement in quality that digital cinema can offer, we believe that 4K resolution gives audiences the best seat in the house. That's why we will be making more of our filmed productions at full 4K resolution, scanning at 4K, using a 4K workflow process, and releasing a 4K DCP to theaters. The crisp and vibrant images provided by 4K are the only way to ensure that audiences both today and in the future will really be able to see the full range of what we can capture on film."

Under Siege 3

Steven Seagal (who is doing more "Under Siege" movies) told MTV in this article: "There are offers and we're looking at them. I personally want it to be something more modern. In other words, I wouldn't mind if it was about something more mystical or…maybe extraterrestrial in nature. Some real government top secrets instead of just the typical."

Indy 5

Harrison Ford told the LA Times in this article that George Lucas is working on a story for the next installment to the Indiana Jones franchise. Ford said: "It's crazy but great." But about a possible animated version he said: "I'd hate to see it reduced in any way from the movies that we have done and the way we have done them."
