Tron: Legacy

SciFi Wire says here that Disney has put a release date of Dec. 17, 2010 for the 3D sequel. That will put it into the market across from several films, some highly anticipated, some just going to be released. Among those films are "The Green Hornet," "Yogi Bear" & "The Smurfs." (Go Tron, Kill Smurfs!) Here is the Comic-Con Official Trailer.

Alibi

MTV News spoke here with Top Cow president Matt Hawkins about the status of the film, based on the comic book by Joshua Hale Fialkov and Jeremy Haun. Hawkins said: "We've been looking for writers. I'm actually really excited about it. These guys are all A-list, studio-level guys, and I've been reading their samples and talking to some of them about their takes. [We're] just waiting for the take we agree on, and then we're going to get the script written and try and get the movie made."

ScreenRant has posted this clip of the pilot preview.
