Jack Kirby
Slash Film says here that the estate of the creator may have been influenced by the success of the Siegel and Shuster estates in getting some rights back to Superman. They are suing to reclaim Kirby's rights to control "The Fantastic Four," "Captain America," "X-Men," "Iron Man," "Thor," "Avengers" and others. The difference between this suit and most is that it is being handled by the same lawyer who won those Superman rights back.
